「新幹線の窓」(Webサイト https://www.michikusa-travel.com/ およびAndroidアプリ、以下「本サービス」) は、道草 / Michikusa（個人運営）が運営しています。本ポリシーは、本サービスが扱う情報と、その取り扱いを説明するものです。
本サービスは、通常の利用において、氏名・メールアドレス等と結びつけて利用者個人を識別できる形でデータを取得しないことを原則とします。お問い合わせをいただいた場合は、返信と対応のため、送信元メールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容を扱います。
DATA HANDLING
ライブ地図・車窓ガイド機能では、お使いの端末の位置情報を利用します。端末が取得した正確なGPS位置情報（緯度・経度）は、車窓スポットの接近判定と現在地表示のため端末内で処理し、運営者のサーバーへ送信・保存せず、広告やアクセス解析にも使用しません。
Androidアプリで利用者がライブガイドを開始すると、アプリが画面に表示されていないとき（他のアプリを表示しているときや画面消灯中を含む）も、乗車セッションが終了するまで位置情報を取得し、接近判定と音声案内に使用します。ライブガイドの動作中は継続通知を表示し、アプリまたは通知の「案内を終了」からいつでも停止できます。セッション終了後は位置情報の利用を停止します。
本サービスは Google アナリティクス（GA4）を使用しています。GA4は、閲覧ページ、操作イベント、おおよその地域（IPアドレス由来）、端末情報などを、Cookieまたは類似技術により収集します。
これらの情報は、利用状況の把握と改善のために使用します。収集される情報に、氏名、メールアドレス等の個人情報や、端末のGPS位置情報（緯度経度）は含まれません。Googleによるデータの取り扱いは、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
地図の表示にあたり、Google Maps、OpenStreetMap等の外部地図サービスからデータを取得する場合があります。このとき、お使いの端末から各提供元へ、IPアドレスや表示中の地図範囲などの技術情報が送信されることがあります。
各提供元における情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
「富士山 見える予報β」は、Open-Meteoから固定された車窓スポットの気象データを取得します。このとき、お使いの端末からOpen-MeteoへIPアドレスや参照元URLなどの技術情報が送信されることがあります。端末のGPS位置情報は送信しません。
Open-Meteoによる情報の取り扱いは、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Androidアプリでは、ライブガイドの動作状況、次の車窓、案内の終了操作を継続通知に表示します。通知は乗車中の案内にのみ使用し、広告には使用しません。
本サービスにアカウント登録機能はありません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。カメラ、マイク、連絡先も使用しません。
本サービスにはアカウント登録機能がないため、削除対象となるアプリ内アカウントはありません。アクセス解析等で本サービスが扱うデータの削除をご希望の場合は、support@michikusa-travel.com へご連絡ください。
お問い合わせの際は、削除を希望するデータの種類と、お使いの端末や利用時期など、確認に必要な範囲の情報をお知らせください。アクセス解析データは個人の氏名やメールアドレスと結びつけていないため、個別の利用者データを特定できない場合があります。法令、セキュリティ、不正防止、技術上の制約により保持が必要なデータがある場合を除き、合理的な範囲で対応します。

"Shinkansen Window" (the website https://www.michikusa-travel.com/ and the Android app; the "Service") is operated by Michikusa. This policy explains what information the Service handles.
As a principle, during normal use the Service does not collect data in a way that identifies you as an individual by linking it to your name, email address, or similar direct identifiers. If you contact us, we handle your sender email address and message content to reply and respond to your request.
The live map and window guide use your device's location. Precise GPS coordinates are processed on your device to show your position and detect approaching viewpoints. They are not sent to or stored on our servers and are not used for advertising or analytics.
When you start Live Guide in the Android app, the Service continues to access location until the ride session ends, including while another app is displayed or the screen is off, to detect approaching viewpoints and play audio guidance. An ongoing notification is shown while guidance is active. You can stop location access and audio guidance at any time from the app or the notification.
We use Google Analytics (GA4), which collects page views, interaction events, approximate region derived from IP address, and device information via cookies or similar technologies. We use this information to understand and improve the Service. This does not include your name, email address, or the device GPS location described above.
Map display may fetch data from external providers such as Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. Your device may send technical information such as IP address and the viewed map area to those providers, subject to their respective privacy policies.
“Mt. Fuji Visibility Forecast β” fetches weather data for fixed window-view locations from Open-Meteo. Your device may send technical information such as its IP address and referrer URL to Open-Meteo. Your device GPS location is not sent. Open-Meteo handles this information under its privacy policy.
The Android app uses an ongoing notification to show Live Guide status, the next viewpoint, and a stop action. These notifications are used only for ride guidance and not for advertising.
The Service has no account system and does not ask for personal information such as name, email address, or phone number. It does not use the camera, microphone, or contacts.
The Service has no account system, so there is no in-app account to delete. If you would like to request deletion of data handled by the Service, such as analytics-related data where applicable, please contact support@michikusa-travel.com.
Please include the type of data you want deleted and the minimum information needed to identify the relevant data, such as your device or approximate usage period. Analytics data is not linked to your name or email address, so we may not be able to identify data for an individual user. We will respond within a reasonable scope, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or technical constraints.
